This is the perfect move if you’re : A Labour Hire Consultant ready to transition into permanent recruitment A Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant wanting to take ownership of a high‑performing perm desk Someone who thrives on fast‑paced recruitment without the pressure of cold BD What’s in it for you Established desk : Active clients and roles from day one — zero cold calling. High commission potential : The current desk bills well above target — if you want it, the commission is there to take. All tools of trade provided : LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent, full JobAdder access, laptop, and phone. Vehicle expenses & mileage benefits for client visits. Hybrid work model : 3 days in our beautiful Hamilton office + 2 days WFH. Free on‑site parking. Extra leave entitlements + quarterly team events + birthday leave. Strong leadership & mentoring from senior recruiters with decades of industry experience. Career progression into senior consultant or team lead roles.
