Position Title: 3PL Operations / Warehouse Store Worker Reports to: Melbourne Warehouse Manager Role Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our Melbourne 3PL operation. This role is responsible for the efficient receiving, storage, movement, and dispatch of customer goods. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting daily warehouse workflows, and contributing to a safe and high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities 3PL Operations Accurately receive, inspect, and allocate inbound stock. Maintain up-to-date location mapping and inventory records. Pick, pack, and process outbound orders and internal transfers. Perform regular cycle counts and stocktakes as directed. Palletise and wrap orders as required. Unpack containers (palletised and manual hand unload). Compliance & Documentation Ensure accurate and timely data entry in WMS and supporting systems. Maintain organised filing and documentation in both digital and physical formats. Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements. General Warehouse Duties Operate forklifts and handling equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard‑free warehouse environment. Report any damage, discrepancies, or safety concerns immediately. Support team members and contribute to a positive warehouse culture. Skills & Requirements Experience in warehouse or 3PL operations (preferred but not essential). Current forklift licence (LF). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg. Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe work practices.
