Overview Join a Healthcare company in managing their 3PL relationship Elevate your career in Supply Chain About Our Client This role is with a reputable, medium-sized organisation that specialises in the life science industry. Job Description Work in Clayton but be willing to travel to 3PL operations in Tullamarine Support continuous improvement in logistics processes and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in procurement processes. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve departmental objectives. Prepare and present detailed reports on supply chain performance to senior management. Manage strategic relationship with 3PL provider. Oversee import/export operations, ensuring regulatory compliance. Utilize SAP MM and SD for inventory control and order management. Ensure accurate handling and classification of dangerous goods. Monitor 3PL performance and drive service improvements. Liaise with internal teams on stock levels, replenishment, and delivery timelines. Interpret and apply technical inventory terminology across systems and documentation. Support continuous improvement in logistics processes and cost efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful 3PL Manager should have: Relevant qualifications in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field. Proven experience managing 3PL relationships in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and temperature-sensitive products Expertise in SAP MM and SD modules for inventory and order management Familiarity with dangerous goods classifications and handling protocols Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation requirements Ability to interpret technical inventory terminology and logistics data Track record of ensuring compliance with healthcare and TGA standards What's on Offer Permanent full-time role offering stability and career growth opportunities.
