The Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a talented 3PL Account Manager to drive growth at Winning Services. You’ll develop new opportunities while managing key existing partnerships, using your relationship management and business development skills to hit sales targets and deliver outstanding results. This role is based at our NSW Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek, 2178 , but Melbourne, VIC‑based candidates are also encouraged to apply, as there may be a chance to work from our VIC Distribution Centre. What You'll Be Doing Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the 3PL and logistics market. Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Partner closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Develop a sound understanding of our warehousing and delivery operations to effectively communicate solutions to customers. Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and performance updates to clients. Work collaboratively across teams to drive growth and continuous improvement. The Experience You'll Bring Proven experience in account management or business development within logistics, transport, or warehousing. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. Confident using technology, with experience in SAP or similar ERP systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Highly organised and able to work independently. Why Winning?
