Immediate StartSouthwest Location, avoid the daily traffic grindJoin us as we transition through another year of massive growthBe part of a restructured Operations team running a very busy, complex operationWork with an existing team, but develop the autonomy to work aloneWork with some of Australia's leading online retailers, and join a high-growth industry where we specialiseSalary negotiable based on experience and roleFantastic Opportunity to develop, grow personally, and professionallyReceive training and mentoring directly from the Operations Manager Roles and Responsibilities Report to the Head of Operations and be responsible for own performance Identify and improve overall operations productivity across the facility, working with up to 200 staff Analyze and implement operational process improvement initiatives, including best practice and efficient working methods Take specific area or full responsibility for site day-to-day operations Ensure meeting and exceeding KPIs Become a super-user of systems Build, provide mentoring, support, and coaching to the Operations Team Maintain continuous improvement focus Qualifications Warehouse and logistics professional Minimum 2 years of operations experience in large or complex warehouse facilities Knowledge of warehouse management systems Experience with 3PL warehousing Advanced Excel skills Advanced mathematics skills Efficiency and meticulous attention to detail Experience in building and leading a team Business-wide Quality Manager & Process Improvement Reporting directly to the CEO or Head of Operations, responsible for quality across all aspects of the business.
