Senior Administrator - Payroll & Finance Next Level Consulting Solutions Carole Park, QLD A$65,000-$95,000 p/a + Super On-site Posted 2 days ago New Opportunity for a person with all-round type administration experience. You will be working directly under the CFO, providing support across the teams under their management. This will include Finance and Accounts, Payroll, Contracts and Projects. We are looking for someone who can provide assistance and value around the various departments. Requirements for this position Previous work history in a civil or building and construction company is ideal but not a direct requirement 2-3 Years in Accounts and or payroll Ability to be an independent thinker, but seek support when needed Strong aptitude for dealing with changing deadlines and challenging client conditions Ability to grasp new software well and require minimal guidance around the computer and office software Key duties in the day to day environment Loading invoices for payment, checking against purchase orders Reconciling inbound statements and checking that all invoices are loaded into the system Create purchase orders Preparing and batching invoices for payment Review and correct timesheets Import payroll data and load payments Checking and verifying pays Provide documents to projects teams Compiling company documents and registers Pay and Conditions Flexible working hours to suit personal commitments Genuine competitive offer What does competitive offer mean?
