About the Role Join the Bairnsdale team as a Field Officer driving the baby leaf and vegetable supply plan. This role ensures raw materials remain available, competitive, and aligned with operational needs. A Day in the Life Coordinate vegetable and baby leaf supply from growing regions to meet sales orders and dispatch schedules, optimising gross margins and customer satisfaction. Partner with suppliers to drive sustainability, competitiveness, and innovation across the produce portfolio. Collaborate with manufacturing facilities, business partners, and customers to exceed expectations. Review the supplier landscape and implement strategies to strengthen competitiveness and create value for grower partners. Requirements Degree or equivalent, or relevant experience in produce supply chains, particularly baby leaf and vegetables. Strong commercial acumen and supplier engagement experience. Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills. Passion for the produce industry and commitment to delivering results.
