Details about the Client We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Administration Specialist to support a team of expatriates based in Macquarie Park . This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth relocation and daily life setup for employees on assignment from Japan, while also coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Description Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end support for Japanese expatriates, including visa application and renewal coordination. Housing arrangements upon arrival (corporate housing support). Hotel bookings and travel coordination. Medical insurance support. Assistance with settling into life in Australia. Support for repatriation procedures when returning to Japan. Liaise with Japan HQ HR regarding expatriate matters and requests. Act as a backup for the Executive Assistant during absences. Handle expense reimbursements and general administrative tasks. Perform Excel-based reporting and data entry. Coordinate with external vendors such as real estate agents, accounting firms, travel agencies, and insurance providers. Respond to ad hoc requests from Japan HQ and local management.
