Our Perks And Benefits Flexible working Work a 9‑day fortnight at full pay on the Enterprise Agreement Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave Fertility leave Corporate wear allowance Professional development and educational assistance Salary range starting from $99,595 + Super And so much more What You’ll Do Deliver consistent, high‑quality data services, acting as a key point of contact for data inquiries and ensuring data integrity from collection through to use. Provide customer service by supporting internal and external stakeholders with data importing processes, ensuring system reliability and effective use of data platforms. Extract, clean, and prepare data to fulfil data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results to customers. Identify operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Lead Data Services Officer. Provide support services as required, assisting with data‑related tasks, documentation, and stakeholder queries to enable smooth operations. What We Are Looking For Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Current NSW Driver’s Licence. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Demonstrated experience working in a customer contact environment, both written and verbal. Proven experience in the production, analysis, and interpretation of operational data. Strong ability to visually present information through charts, diagrams, and other visual formats.
