Construction Staff - Excavator, Posi Track Operator and Labourers Construction Staff- Operators and Labours Global Turf is a privately owned and respected leader specialising in turf construction, maintenance, and renovation projects, bringing a fresh, authentic, and innovative approach to the industry. Global Turf is Melbourne based, with a number of Golf Course, Sports Field and Racecourse projects under construction, and we are continuing to expand our operations nationally. Due to our continued success and business growth, we are looking for experienced Construction Staff (full‑time or part‑time), Posi‑Track operators, Excavator operators, and labourers to join our team, working predominantly in the Melbourne Metro area. Responsibilities The roles will work closely with the Management Team across multiple projects. You will receive on‑the‑job training surrounded by a talented and qualified team who will support you through each task. Learn to operate specialised equipment and other heavy equipment safely and appropriately, such as Excavators, Rollers, Skid Steers, Backhoes and Tractors. Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment. Conduct pre‑operational checks on equipment, clean, lubricate and refill as necessary. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the equipment and other heavy equipment. Skills and Experience Minimum 1 year in Posi‑Track, Excavator, Front Dumper, or Water truck. Hands‑on position. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
