Working across tenders from $50m - $250m Full Job Description Our client are a respected, well funded Tier 2 construction company with a strong footprint of commercial, residential, education, health and government projects across Australia & New Zealand. The Role They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Submissions Manager or Submissions Coordinator to lead the preparation of compelling and high-quality tender submissions, EOI documents, and project bids. This is a pivotal role working closely with senior management, estimators, and project teams to secure new opportunities and support the company’s continued growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end submissions process for tenders, EOIs, and pre-qualifications. Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, and partners to gather required information and content. Develop and maintain templates, case studies, and other key collateral. Craft clear, persuasive, and tailored content to highlight the company’s capabilities. Ensure all submissions are delivered on time, compliant, and aligned with client expectations. Maintain a library of previous submissions, CVs, and project data. Lead post-submission reviews and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or architectural or engineering sector. Strong writing, editing, and document design skills. Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex submissions to tight deadlines. Knowledge of Tier 2 construction operations and major client expectations. Expertise in Adobe InDesign, with the ability to create visually appealing and high-quality documents, as well as, the full Adobe Suite. Excellent stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure with a proactive mindset.
