Role Overview An exciting opportunity has become available to lead the Asset Protection team for a 12-month period in the role of Coordinator. You will lead and coordinate the Asset Protection team, and be part of the Development Services Leadership team. The team handles Asset Protection Permits, Road Occupation permits, Road Opening permits, and enforces relevant clauses of the Neighbourhood Local Law 2021 related to construction activities. The Coordinator provides guidance to ensure smooth delivery of services. About the Role The Coordinator Asset Protection works with internal and external stakeholders, including service authorities, to advocate for the Asset Protection team and care of Council assets. You will review and allocate incoming work, liaise with teams for correct allocation, and be responsible for monthly KPI reporting and digital improvements to the team\'s online platform. You will manage multi-tasking and escalation of customer complaints as part of duties.
