Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher KAB Seating is an Australian Division of an American owned company Commercial Vehicle Group Inc (CVG), a NASDAQ listed company based in Ohio USA. KAB Seating has been distributing its products in Australia for over 40 years, having been established in 1988. KAB Seating has four branches across Australia, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. The main industry sectors that KAB Seating sells its products into include but are not limited to Transport, Agriculture, Construction, Earthmoving, Mining and Marine. KAB also has an extensive range of ergonomically designed premium office seats for extended use workplaces such as call centres, control rooms, processing plants, assembly plants as well as executive and general office use. A Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher position has become available in our Perth Branch based in Canning Vale. This role is responsible for providing first contact with our customers and administrative through the order process through to delivery of goods. The Role First point of contact with customers over the phone and in person Receive and enter customer orders Process invoices through ERP system Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers Establish new customer leads Maintain customer records and filing Direct calls and emails through the appropriate channels Build and maintain customer relationships Dispatch goods to customers using various courier portals Maintain Warehouse cleanliness and organisation Attend to incoming goods and process through ERP system accordingly Work in a team to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full The Candidate Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service roles Ability to investigate and resolve customer queries and issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Previous experience using an ERP system before Reliable and have the ability to multitask Ability to work in a team environment but also work autonomously where required.
