Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jawa Offroad Campers' in Canning Vale, WA. This is a full‑time position that will see you play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance to our growing business. Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information about our products and services Handling customer orders with professionalism Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing and document management Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and other business documentation Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience May require occasional overtime or weekend work Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or sales administration role, preferably in the caravan, retail or outdoor equipment industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets and customer relationship management (CRM) systems A positive, adaptable and team‑oriented attitude Familiarity with the outdoor equipment and caravanning industry is highly desired Benefits At Jawa Offroad Campers, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
