Night Shift Allocator Position at Lindsay Australia Ltd, Brisbane, Queensland. About the Role The Night Shift Allocator will coordinate freight and logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with NHVR regulations. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, starting at 4 pm. What You Bring Supervisory Experience – Strong leadership in a fast‑paced environment. Problem‑Solving Mindset – Quick thinking and effective decision‑making. Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure. Excellent Communication – Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders. Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Transport experience is a bonus. BFM Accreditation or Willingness to Obtain – Understanding of NHVR regulations is an advantage. What You’ll Do Freight & Logistics Coordination – Keep deliveries running on time and on track. Warehouse & Team Leadership – Supervise operations and forklift drivers. Compliance & Safety – Ensure NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards are met. Load Planning & Scheduling – Build efficient freight loads for maximum performance. Resource Management – Strategically allocate trucks, equipment, and personnel.
