As a key member of our team, you will leverage your exceptional customer service skills to provide patients with top‑notch booking services. What you’ll be doing Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. Scheduling: Use our state‑of‑the‑art RIS system, to efficiently manage and organize patient appointments. Maximising Efficiency: Keep our operations running smoothly by managing appointments and ensuring optimal use of our resources. Referrals: Handle patient referrals from multi‑disciplinary teams with accuracy and attention to detail. Patients Preparation: Communicate clearly with patients, providing them with all necessary information about preparation, cost estimates, and other requirements.
