Come join Corporate Enterprise Solutions as a Senior Business Process Analyst where you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to review and document processes, identify risks, issues, and impacts arising from system, legislative, or procedural changes, and ensure consistent application of business processes across relevant areas. Through detailed analysis and stakeholder engagement, the role contributes to optimising workflows, supporting automation opportunities, improving compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities: Support change management activities and collaborate with specialist teams on training and communication planning to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Support and coach team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and fostering professional development to build capability in process analysis and improvement. Apply advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement in service delivery and payroll outcomes in a complex transactional environment. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members. Demonstrated experience in assessing the impact of system and business process changes on stakeholder groups and developing standardised process change activities to support successful implementation. Demonstrated ability to undertake current and future state analysis of complex payroll business processes within an integrated solution, providing clear recommendations for improvement that enhance customer experience.
