About the Role The Senior Human Resources Consultant (Diversity Lead) supports the Manager Workforce Services in developing and implementing values‑based Human Resources (HR) practices to deliver contemporary HR services to the business. The position takes a lead role in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the Workforce Services team by building and maintaining business partnerships (across the Department, the public sector, and with relevant service providers), working creatively within public sector frameworks to improve DEI outcomes at the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) that reinforce our values and culture, and leveraging opportunities to build the DEI capability of the Workforce Services team.
