Senior Human Resources Consultant (Diversity Lead) Salary/Level: Level 6, $120,457 - $132,753 pa, PSCSAA 2024 Employment: full-time or part-time, permanent position available Location: Perth, Western Australia Join the new Department of Housing and Works, which delivers and maintains essential social housing and critical infrastructure across Western Australia—including schools, hospitals and police facilities. We manage tenancy services, support housing provision in remote Aboriginal communities, and oversee government employee accommodation. The position takes a lead role in driving diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the Workforce Services team by building and maintaining business partnerships across the Department, the public sector and with relevant service providers, working creatively within public sector frameworks to improve DEI outcomes at the Department of Housing and Works (DHW) that reinforce our values and culture, and leveraging opportunities to build the DEI capability of the Workforce Services team. This role isn’t just about compliance and processes; it’s about shaping a workplace where fairness, respect and collaboration aren’t just words on a poster—they’re lived values every day.
