As Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you’ll lead day-to-day operations across billing, cash applications, and collections. Partnering closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager, you’ll guide and mentor a small team, ensure financial accuracy, and champion continuous improvement to make processes smarter and more efficient. Key responsibilities include: Leading billing operations to ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time Maintaining and reviewing customer accounts in line with ABN’s master data policies Overseeing cash applications, reconciliations, and financial adjustments including credits, debits, and rebates Monitoring customer payment trends and highlighting potential risks of non-payment Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to resolve queries quickly and positively Supporting month-end and audit activities with reliable data and documentation Driving process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy Contributing to ABN initiatives that reduce disputes and strengthen compliance You You’re a confident finance professional with a balance of technical expertise and leadership capability. You take pride in accuracy, enjoy mentoring others, and bring a proactive approach to solving challenges and improving processes.
