Superannuation Insights Australia – Southport QLD Sales Consultant – Work From Home/ Hybrid $65,000 Base + High Commissions | OTE $145k + Gold Coast Based (or willing to relocate) We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. If you're hungry to grow, enjoy speaking with people, and want to be rewarded for your performance, this role is for you. Kick start 2026 with something FRESH and NEW. This role will be availiable 5th of January start. What We Offer Strong commission structure + weekly bonuses Work‑from‑home/ Hybrid flexibility Supportive, positive team culture Full training provided with ongoing development Your Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls with warm client enquiries Conduct introduction calls and gather key information Present solutions and guide clients through the next steps Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow‑ups, and pipeline movement Deliver exceptional communication and customer experience What You'll Bring Excellent phone communication and rapport‑building skills Strong work ethic and a genuine drive to succeed Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to follow proven processes Ability to work independently in a WFH environment Must be Gold Coast‑based or prepared to relocate Australian citizenship is required for this position Highly Regarded Skills Experience in customer service or phone‑based sales Confidence using Office, xcell, CRM systems, admin tools.
