Strong communication and negotiation skills with a natural ability to build genuine rapport with clients and the community. A goal-driven mindset and a heartfelt passion for delivering exceptional service that prioritises clients. Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. A collaborative team player who works with colleagues to ensure the best interests of clients are at heart. A valid real estate licence, maintained and current at the time of application. Familiarity with the local property market and an understanding of the broader real estate landscape to provide informed insights.
