What you will do Provide expert advice and support to families navigating the court system, ensuring the best outcomes for children. Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare detailed reports for the court, detailing recommendations for the welfare of the children involved. Liaise with legal professionals, families, and social services to gather pertinent information and ensure the child’s needs remain the priority throughout proceedings. Attend court hearings, providing evidence and testimony when required. Stay updated with developments in family law and social work best practice to deliver informed support and guidance. Requirements A degree or equivalent in social work, coupled with a registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in frontline social services in the UK as a qualified Social Worker, showcasing your resilience and ability to manage diverse cases. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage empathetically with clients while upholding a professional demeanor.
