COO || Supporting our Customers in their SAP HXM & S/4 HANA cloud ERP solutions transformation As one of Australia’s leading dedicated SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) and S/4HANA Cloud Partners Discovery Consulting are seeking experienced SAP professionals to join our growing SAP cloud practices with offices based out of Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. Located in Melbourne , we are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Consultant to support our customers and internal teams in the design, documentation and development of SAP application technologies including but not limited to, integration solutions, bespoke applications and tools to facilitate successful SAP solution delivery across SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) and S/4HANA Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess implementation expertise for delivery of technical solutions on both the HCM and S/4HANA (Public Cloud) platforms to meet the needs of the business in their transformation journey. What we are looking for Understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) and S/4HANA Cloud platforms with expertise in developing technical solutions within the SAP landscape and to third party solutions Worked on the implementation of medium to large scale SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) and S/4HANA Cloud projects Facilitate discussions with customers for delivery of requirements Deliver BAU support services to customers Ensure strong quality of deliverables Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills Communicate requirements and changes to all stakeholders Ability to coach graduates in the relevant area of expertise Strong written and verbal communication skills Legal rights to work in Australia. To be a successful candidate you must Have over a minimum of 3+ years of hands on technical experience in delivering SAP implementation projects across various industries using tools such as (but not limited to): XLST Java (working with Spring Boot) SAP Integration Suite SAP BTP account management and setup Prototyping tools for building wireframes A tertiary qualification in a relevant field. Delivered on multiple end to end SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) and S/4HANA Cloud solutions, responsible for the build, unit testing and documentation of technical solutions. Have one or more of the following certification: Implementation Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid C_HRHFC Highly Desirable certification(s): SAP Build Work Zone - Implementation and Administration (C_WZADM) SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core (C_THR81) What opportunity do we provide?
