For more information, please visit Wasserman Live is seeking a Commercial Finance & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Australia. This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. The role will provide essential financial and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of our projects and the effective management of our supplier and client accounts. Working closely with our UK Finance and Workday teams, this role will play a key part in ensuring financial compliance, managing invoicing, and driving operational efficiencies across our portfolio. Key Responsibilities Assist with supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with Wasserman’s internal systems (Quest) and financial procedures. Maintain accurate supplier records and ensure alignment with local and international finance processes. Conduct cost analysis and prepare regular reports on supplier spend, highlighting key insights and trends. Support the identification and implementation of cost efficiencies across the project portfolio. Collaborate with UK finance and Workday teams to manage local invoicing and revenue recognition processes. Support the accounts receivable function by liaising with client accounts teams to ensure timely payments. Assist with financial tracking of projects and ensure budget adherence. Provide operational support to project managers, ensuring processes and systems are applied consistently. Partner with local and international teams to align on finance processes, operational best practices, and reporting requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong administrative and systems background (experience with Workday highly desirable). Proven experience working with financial data, reporting, and analysis. Finance-related qualifications (e.g., diploma or undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline). Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both local and international teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
