Natgen - funds management, property investment, and development General Self Storage - premium self-storage facilities across the Gold Coast Realtec Services - property, asset, and facilities management About the role We are seeking candidates who are currently studying or have recently completed a CA/CPA, and who are excited by the prospect of property development and funds management while working in a business where structures and procedures are developing alongside our growth. This role is responsible for supporting the effective and efficient processing of all aspects of financial management for multiple development and investment property trusts. If you are ready to grow your career in property funds management, we would love to hear from you. We are anticipating the role will commence in January 2026. Key responsibilities Prepare and manage financial reports for multiple property trusts. Coordinate the month‑end process including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with the preparation of annual budgets for property trusts and outgoings estimates. Assist property managers with the accuracy of tenant receivables, rent increases, incentives, and outgoings recovery and reconciliation. Liaise with external accountants and auditors regarding tax, compliance, and audit matters. Monitor and manage cash flow for assigned properties. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Core competencies Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced and evolving environment. Time management and organisational skills. Proactive, demonstrates initiative and ownership of tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Clear and professional communication (written and verbal). Ability to work collaboratively as a team across departments. Respect for confidentiality and sensitive information. Mandatory requirements Currently enrolled in a CA/CPA program or recently qualified. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in property trust accounting.
