THE OPPORTUNITY OnlyPark is a rapidly expanding Australian provider of parking technology and compliance solutions. This is an active, outdoor role where no two shifts are the same. You'll patrol client car parks, either on foot or by vehicle, checking vehicles against digital permits and ensuring compliance with each site's terms and conditions. Using our LPR‑enabled mobile app technology and clear operating procedures, you'll document breaches, issue Non‑Compliance Notices (NCNs), and maintain accurate records. The role suits someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on variety, and takes pride in representing OnlyPark with professionalism and fairness. You'll be the on‑the‑ground link between our technology and our client's asset, playing a key part in delivering compliance. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Physically capable (walking, stairs, weather exposure) Comfortable working on foot/outdoors for extended periods (all weather) Confident communicator; calm under pressure and able to follow instructions and procedure Resilient and diplomatic when handling challenging interactions Tech‑capable with smartphones/apps; strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping Basic to moderate smartphone proficiency required for app navigation and daily operational tasks Good time management skills and reliability in meeting roster commitments Ability to work independently and as part of a team A willingness to learn and grow with the company A positive attitude and pride in contributing to the service of our customers' assets Availability for a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays Full open driver's licence with excellent driving skills Successful candidates will be required to obtain a National Police Safety Check as part of the recruitment process Eligibility to work in Australia Previous experience in parking, compliance, security or site management is advantageous but not essential — we provide full training for the right candidate.
