Data Compliance Specialist – Downer Join to apply for the Data Compliance Specialist role at Downer . The Opportunity Downer's Energy & Utilities business is seeking a detail-oriented Data Compliance Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing data and systems solutions that enhance employee experience and ensure robust reporting, compliance, and training outcomes. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across the E&U People Team, EGMs, GMs, and Project Leads, as well as external partners including Avetta and regulatory bodies. This opportunity can be based in a variety of locations including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth. We pride ourselves in offering a work/life balance therefore we support WFH & flexible working arrangements. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in a training or administrative role. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and governance. Proficiency in MS Excel (Intermediate), Power BI, and the broader Microsoft suite. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and dedication to delivering quality outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include Performing systems analysis and tracking compliance across projects. Ensuring data accuracy and governance for reporting and dashboards. Maintaining stakeholder-facing reports and visualisations. Communicating insights and guidance to a wide range of stakeholders.
