Responsibilities Be a Social Butterfly – Help clients spread their wings and connect with their community. Teach & Learn – Support clients as they level up their life skills (bonus: you might learn a few too). Drive the Fun – Take clients to programs and activities in Sunnyfield’s vans. Keep It Snappy – Write progress notes that are clear, concise, and fabulous. Be the Team MVP – Collaborate with families and adapt to behaviour support strategies like a champ. What You Bring to the Party A heart three sizes too big (metaphorically). Experience in the disability sector is important. You’ll also need to have worked with clients who show behaviours of concern—knowing how to support them is key Willingness to assist with personal care when needed. Resilience, empathy, and a “let’s do this” attitude. A driver’s licence and reliable transport is a must. Availability to pick up shifts across 24 hours, 7 days a week (including sleep and active wake supports, weekends, and the Christmas period).
