About the role Lead, coach, and inspire the counter team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Drive sales performance and achieve individual and team targets. Maintain the counter’s presentation, ensuring it reflects Libertine’s luxury brand standards. Develop and nurture strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Share expert fragrance knowledge and guide clients through the niche and luxury portfolio. Plan and execute in-store events, launches, and brand promotions. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure efficient replenishment. Provide ongoing training and support to team members to build skills and confidence. Collaborate with MYER management and brand representatives to achieve overall business objectives. Uphold company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards at all times.
