With over 50 years of combined experience in fragrance development, we specialize in fragrance matching, bespoke fragrance creation, and provide comprehensive supply documentation to ensure seamless integration with our customers products. We cater to a diverse range of industries, including personal care, laundry, skin care, air care, pet care, perfumes, candles, soaps, cleaning products, air fresheners, and more. Our cutting-edge technology includes advanced GC-MS fragrance matching services, and a fully automated bulk fragrance production facility, powered by our innovative robot dosing system. Sales & Business Development We're looking for a driven, curious, and energetic Sales & Business Development professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships and expanding the sales portfolio of a scaling business. The perfect candidate brings a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for uncovering new opportunities that fuel long-term growth. What You'll Do Identify new business opportunities. Build strong client relationships. Service and support our extensive client base of both small and large customers. Maintain accurate records in our CRM and contribute to sales strategy discussions. Who You Are An experienced sales and business development professional. A minimum 8+ years of sales and business development experience is required. Highly motivated, goal-oriented with a drive for business growth. Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools. Ready to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Ideally experienced in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Industrial or Fragrance industry. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Able to travel intrastate.
