ServiceNow Platform Architect Location : Sydney | Melbourne | Brisbane | Hybrid / Remote (AUS-based) Work Type : Full-time, Contract Eligibility : Must have full Australian work rights (no sponsorship available) About the Role We’re looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across Australia. This is a strategic role where you’ll shape platform direction, establish governance, and drive innovation across ITSM, HR, Security, and beyond—helping the business unlock automation and digital transformation at scale. What You’ll Be Doing Lead ServiceNow architecture and solution design across multiple business units Define and enforce platform governance, guardrails, and best practices Oversee development and integration efforts across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more Collaborate with senior stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to align platform use with business strategy Support upgrades, module deployments, and adoption of new features (App Engine, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer) Mentor and guide internal teams and vendor developers Contribute to pre-sales and tender processes (if working with a consultancy / SI) Your Skills & Experience 5–10 years in IT, with 3+ years in ServiceNow solution design or architecture Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM essential; others highly regarded) Skilled in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and integrations (REST / SOAP) Familiar with Agile delivery, CI / CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and performance tuning ServiceNow certifications : CSA + one or more (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CTA, or relevant) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with C-level and public sector clients Nice to Have Experience in Australian Federal or State Government environments (IRAP, ISM, GovCMS, etc.) Knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF, or other architecture frameworks Exposure to multi‑instance environments, managed service models, or Centre of Excellence setups Why Join Us?
