Located just behind the Isa Hotel, The Liquor Warehouse is open 7 days a week, offering Mount Isa’s biggest range of beverages at unbeatable prices. What You’ll Do: Lead the Team: Support the management by supervising daily operations and providing direct oversight to team members. Maintain Excellence: Keep our cellar and store areas spotless and well-maintained, ensuring all equipment is in top shape. Drive Sales: Prepare eye-catching displays, manage stock, and ensure competitive pricing to keep our customers coming back. Innovate & Grow: Contribute to the development and marketing of new services and promotions to stay ahead in the market. Achieve Financial Success: Manage wages, GP, and turnover to meet and exceed budget expectations. Stay Compliant: Ensure all operations align with relevant legislation, regulations, and Waymark policies. What We’re Looking For: Experience Matters: 2+ years in Liquor Retail Management is ideal, but what counts most is your hands‑on approach and leadership skills. Customer Focused: A proactive attitude towards customer needs, both internal and external. Leadership Skills: Ability to direct, lead, and maintain efficient staffing levels.
