Trainer And Assessor - Butt & Electrofusion Welding We’re currently seeking a motivated Trainer and Assessor with polywelding expertise who’s ready to join a reputable and supportive business committed to safety, growth, and excellence in training. Being part of the Polyweld Tech family means: Taking pride in every weld, every inspection, and every student success Supporting each other in a safety‑first, growth‑focused environment Contributing to a mission that builds skilled professionals and strengthens the industry You Will: Deliver accredited training programs in line with endorsed packages and RTO standards, including Polyethylene welding (Butt, Electrofusion, Extrusion) Resolve participant grievances promptly and fairly to maintain a positive learning environment. Conduct QA/QC inspections and provide feedback to ensure trainees meet industry standards. Perform other duties as required by company policies and procedures. Travel to other eastern states as required to deliver training and support operations. What We’re Looking For: Relevant trade qualification. Trade qualification in Plumbing is an advantage. Holds a certificate IV in Training/Assessment Butt and/or Electrofusion Welding Certificate Current Driver's license Experience and skills in butt, electrofusion, and extrusion welding Experience in coaching and conducting QA/QC inspection Excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and engage well with a diverse range of individuals and groups Demonstrated ability to work autonomously Exceptional organisational, delivery and time management skills Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening At Acu-Tech, we live by our motto: We Care, Our Solutions, Your Success.
