Why You’ll Love This Role: Career growth & stability – a permanent, full‑time position with a strong pipeline of new buildings for long‑term progression Competitive rewards – base salary + super + generous commission structure Perks that matter – novated leasing, accommodation discounts, work phone, onsite parking Support you can count on – full training, ongoing mentoring and leadership guidance Variety every day – no two days are the same What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential building Manage leasing within your site and engage directly with tenants Work closely with our property management and operations teams Ensure smooth running of building, strata and compliance requirements What You’ll Bring: A customer-focused approach and the ability to handle enquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency At least 2 years’ experience in building management or property/leasing background A reliable vehicle (or ability to travel via public transport – allowance provided) Flexibility to be available Saturdays (4 hours - overtime provided) Locations Lidcombe Epping Eastern Suburbs Your Path with Meriton Depending on your experience, you’ll start as a Relief Building Manager, gaining exposure to multiple Meriton sites before moving into a permanent site‑based role. It’s the perfect way to build confidence, learn the Meriton way and step into long‑term success. Due to the nature of this role, candidates with relevant local experience, qualifications and Australian full‑time permanent working rights , will be considered.
