The Opportunity RJE Global is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our team. This newly created position reflects our commitment to strengthening capability across the business and ensuring our workforce receive consistent, high-quality training and development. The Trainer will be responsible for: Designing, delivering and assessing training programs aligned with organisational needs. Providing structured upskilling and competency development for all areas of the business including WHSE. Supporting compliance with training, licensing and competency management systems. Working closely with operational and project teams to identify training gaps and implement solutions. Ensuring training records and documentation meet regulatory and organisational requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced training professional to shape and assist in leading RJE’s learning pathway. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) – essential Minimum Diploma in Workplace Training & Assessment – highly regarded Experience delivering training in WHS, field-based or technical environments Previous project construction experience and knowledge. Experience and knowledge around verification of competency protocol Experience delivering training for a registered training organisation (RTO) Strong communication and facilitation skills A proactive and collaborative working style High attention to detail and strong organisational capability Why Join RJE Global?
