A team who values real diversity and inclusion, in a big brand with big ambitions.What you’ll be doingYou will be responsible for setting up Flight Operations for optimal performance and then monitoring and assuring the standards of Flight Operations for Virgin Australia. This role is a key part of the Flight Operations Leadership team by assisting the Chief Pilot in maintaining safety and regulatory performance in operations.The role manages policy and procedures, operations assurance, quality systems and the development of best practice tools for use by our teams and flight crew in operations. It provides Line Operations and Training the operational procedures, systems and processes that our Flight Crew operate within as well as monitoring the standards of our flight operations working with Group Safety. This role will also work across the Group to continuously improve our overall operations including planning across the operation.
