Responsibilities Provide a range of support and personal care services to residents. Ensure detailed documentation is updated. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, residents, and families. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and residents safe. Provide meaningful experiences that enable residents to thrive. Qualifications Good verbal and written English skills. Flexibility to work Morning (AM), Afternoon (PM) and Night (ND) shifts across a seven-day roster (set days available). Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability, etc. A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable vehicle. All Australian Unity employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (including the Booster) and must have an annual flu vaccination. Benefits Part-time contracts available. About the Role Walmsley Aged Care is a purpose-built 120-bed residence featuring a Café, private dining facilities, a Hair and Beauty Salon, a multi-faith room, and a gym to support rehabilitation, all within a household living model for 16 to 19 residents. We are seeking Permanent Morning, Afternoon and Night Duty PCAs to join a team united in providing exceptional care to residents and support to families.
