Overview We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a fast-moving project in Melbourne. This role is essential to designing, developing, and maintaining complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that will integrate with vital health-related applications and databases. Melbourne, Victoria / contract / Negotiable - day rate 2 days per week on-site in central Melbourne required Responsibilities Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions, including deep customisation of the user interface, entity/data models, and business process workflows. Power Platform Mastery: Strategically leverage the Power Platform—specifically Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages—to build custom applications, automations, and external-facing portals. Data & System Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other health systems and critical databases using tools like SSIS and Web APIs to ensure seamless, secure, and reliable data flow. Security & Governance: Configure and manage complex platform security, authentication mechanisms (including Azure AD B2C), and granular user access controls to maintain strict health data compliance. Technical Leadership & DevOps: Provide hands-on technical expertise, troubleshoot highly complex production issues, and adhere to a DevOps methodology, including managing Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Functional Consultants and Architects, to gather requirements, provide estimates, and ensure the delivered solution aligns with core business objectives. Qualifications Core Dynamics & Development: Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Data Structure: Expert-level understanding of the Dataverse (Common Data Service). Power Platform: Significant experience developing solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Fx, and Power Pages. Cloud & CI/CD: Practical experience with Azure DevOps for source control, sprint management, and building/maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Integration: Experience with data integration techniques, including Web APIs and SSIS. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to mentor and guide others. #J-18808-Ljbffr
