The Role Working from our Ferntree Gully premises, we are seeking a driven Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our organisation in a full‑time role. As Sales and Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for: Building rapport with customers and keeping relationships strong Updating customers with information on new products added to the range Taking customer enquiries over phone and email and providing accurate information on pricing, products, and lead times Preparing quotes and processing orders Working with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any order issues Monitoring stock availability and advising clients accordingly Supporting the external sales team with follow‑ups and customer communication Keeping CRM records up to date and accurate Sales administration for several national accounts Contributing to a team culture built on service, reliability and professionalism For the person who performs in this role, there are clear opportunities in key account and sales management. Role requirements 2-3+ years sales and customer service experience Experience with hardware, trade and/or building industry customers would be advantageous (but not essential) Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders A strong eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Strong Microsoft Office skills – with Xero and CRM exposure advantageous A friendly, approachable and helpful attitude, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service What we offer Personal development and training to progress Opportunity to progress your career and gain sales and/or key account management experience in a growing company.
