Senior Business Analyst

Our client is a well-established organization , known in their industry for delivering best of class services in there field. They are currently undergoing a major uplift of their core product and are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the team and play a key role in this transformation. The focus of the role is working closely with subject matter experts, product teams, and engineers to capture both functional and non-functional requirements for the development of a new and upgraded system, with a strong emphasis on Time & Attendance capabilities . Key Responsibilities Working with SMEs to elicit, analyse, and validate requirements Process mapping current and future-state workflows Performing data analysis to support solution design Documenting functional and non-functional requirements Translating requirements into user stories and use cases Facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders Collaborating closely with UI/UX and development teams in an Agile environment The successful candidate will have strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large enterprise , with a proven ability to work effectively in Agile delivery teams . You will be well versed in capturing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements , translating business needs into clear user stories and use cases , and collaborating closely with solution design teams. The successful candidate will also have hands‑on Time & Attendance domain experience , ideally across Kronos / UKG platforms (Workforce Central, Dimensions, or similar), with a solid understanding of complex workforce rules, exceptions, and compliance requirements . Exposure to Retail, Warehousing, Logistics, or FMCG environments will be highly regarded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
