This role offers you the chance to work at the intersection of technology and business, acting as a vital bridge between technical teams, testers, and business stakeholders. You will be empowered to facilitate requirements gathering and drive end-to-end solutions. What You'll Do Facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles. Act as the primary conduit between finance operations and IT delivery teams, translating complex business needs into actionable technical specifications. Lead workshops and meetings that encourage open communication, co-operation, and consensus among diverse groups including testers, developers, and business users. Support monthly processing activities by ensuring system enhancements align with accounting operations such as general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
