Perioperative Floor Coordinator – Full-Time Talent Quarter is seeking an experienced Perioperative Floor Coordinator to join a dedicated team on a full-time basis. This is a purpose-built, multidisciplinary day surgery facility equipped with modern infrastructure and staffed by a highly skilled clinical team. The facility specialises in day procedures across a range of surgical disciplines including Ophthalmology, Plastic and Reconstructive, Dental and Oral surgery. Committed to delivering safe, high-quality, same-day surgical care, the team works closely with surgeons and patients to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating patient flow and theatre utilisation Managing daily staffing to meet operational and financial goals Collaborating with surgeons and stakeholders to ensure high-quality patient care Providing clinical leadership to maintain and exceed care standards Thriving in a fast-paced, supportive team environment About You Solid perioperative nursing experience, with specialist skills in Anaesthetics and/or PACU Previous experience in a leadership, coordination, or team supervision role Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organisational and time management skills Confidence in a dynamic theatre setting Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Apply Now.
