Join Tesla as a Customer Support Cadet in Alexandria, NSW, providing exceptional customer service and gaining exposure to Sales, Service, and Delivery teams. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Be the first point of contact, delivering outstanding customer support via phone, web, and chat. Troubleshoot and assess customer concerns, performing remote diagnostics and collaborating with internal teams for effective resolutions. Educate Tesla owners on how to self-serve through the website and self-scheduling systems. Accurately log issues into the CRM/Vehicle Support System to ensure smooth tracking and follow-up. Gain valuable exposure to Sales, Service, and Delivery teams, broadening your experience and understanding of Tesla’s operations. Consistently provide an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Tesla brand. About You The company is looking for: Outstanding attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for delivering great customer experiences and providing solutions that meet customer needs. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong team-oriented work ethic and ability to build collaborative relationships with internal partners. Curiosity for technology and passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the shift to sustainable energy. Completion of high school or university studies within the last 1-3 years. Expert communication skills to effectively de-escalate challenging situations while maintaining professionalism. Proactive in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. Emotional intelligence, self-control, and accountability in all situations. Open-mindedness and adaptability to thrive in an ever-changing environment. Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and sharing Tesla’s objectives. Training & Development Exposure to various areas of the business including Sales, Service, and Delivery.
