Join our dynamic Intralogistics Solutions team as a Senior Solutions Analyst, where your analytical expertise and creative thinking will help shape the future of logistics across diverse industries. About the Role As a Solution Design Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing innovative warehouse and distribution solutions for new and existing customers. You will lead high to low complexity intralogistics design projects, provide commercial due diligence, and collaborate across functions to deliver high‑impact outcomes. This is a hands‑on role that blends data analysis, process design, and stakeholder engagement. You will be part of a team that thrives on solving complex logistics challenges and delivering tailored solutions that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. What You’ll Do Lead and support intralogistics design projects across various industries. Analyse operational data to develop cost models and process flows. Prepare tender responses, quotations, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, implementation, and project teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. Identify opportunities for innovation, cost savings, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure solutions are commercially viable and aligned with business goals. What You’ll Bring Qualifications A degree in Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related discipline. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential), with proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio, and AutoCAD. Skills and Experience 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a design or analytical role. Extensive experience with warehouse design and automation solutions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams and functions.
