We’re looking for outgoing, confident, and community-driven personalities to join our BRAND NEW Berwick West Club Who We Are Anytime Fitness is on a mission to be Australia’s most welcoming gym network. We have taken the Australian franchise sector by storm over the last 17 years and now boast a portfolio of over 585 gyms and more than 720,000 members nationally, making it the largest gym network in the country. Anytime Fitness is the leader in fitness franchising in Australia. Our team is dynamic, fast paced, and inspires both our members and staff to be the best they can be. What You’ll Do: As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. You’ll work closely with the club team to: Engage with leads and walk-ins to convert them to members Film short videos for social media content and club updates Support pre-sale and local marketing activities Must be available evenings and weekends If considered for the role, you’ll need these required certificates: First Aid CPR Police Check Working with Children Check Who You Are: You’re passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring: You’re great at starting conversations and love making people feel welcome You’re comfortable on camera, ready to film content, interviews, reels, or stories You genuinely enjoy helping others with their goals The thrill of closing a sale lights you up, and you know how to do it with authenticity You want to be part of a team that’s about fun, growth, and real impact Alongside your resume and cover letter, we would like you to submit a quick video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and telling us: Who you are Why you’d be a great fit for this Membership Consultant role What excites you about working in the Fitness Industry Why Join Us?
