You will lead the development and delivery of intentional, inclusive and engaging learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You’ll model excellence in practice and create a learning environment where children feel confident, curious, and capable. You’ll support the growth of others through collaboration and lead documentation and planning in partnership with families and colleagues. Your skills and experience You’re a reflective and passionate teacher who knows the power of relationships in children’s learning. You hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), current VIT registration, and bring a collaborative spirit and a commitment to equity, inclusion, and quality.
