Are you a friendly, organised, and efficient receptionist looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting full-time Receptionist role available at Stiles Electrical Services' office in Wangara. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills to provide exceptional support to our busy team. What you'll be doing Greet and welcome clients, customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Respond to incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team member Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and packages Typing correspondence as required Maintain a tidy and organised reception area Provide general administrative support as needed What we're looking for Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role Minimum of 2+ years of receptionist or customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficient in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office suite A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Valid Australian work visa or citizenship required What we offer At Stiles Electrical Services, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
