Account Manager Opportunity The Account Manager role is a pivotal role within our organisation, responsible for managing a number of Martian Logic’s key enterprise accounts. This exciting role will enable you to fully utilise your technology skill‑sets and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Your key responsibilities will be a hybrid of increasing & retaining revenue within your customer accounts, whilst also developing some new business accounts. This is a ‘high touch’ role, most of your energies will be focused on liaising with key SLT's/ELT's, typically HR Directors, CPO’s, CIO’s etc. The Ideal Candidate 5+ years experience gained in an account manager, business development manager, and/or a client success manager type role Comfortable communicating/presenting to c‑suite executives, with an innate ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships Commercially savvy, recognised for superior commercial/business acumen Ability to plan and forecast, creating a clear business strategy aimed at expanding & retaining your designated customer accounts Self‑motivation, energetic, drive, hunger to learn/further develop your skill‑sets, creative, solutions driven mindset, tenacious, and resilient Experience within a technology role (especially within SaaS) would be advantageous/not essential though. Preference would be someone who has been involved with solutions/services, as opposed to a tangible product Preferred / Not Essential Experience/background within aged care, healthcare, government, NDIS, schools/education Willingness to undertake interstate travel (2‑3 days every quarter) Why Martian Logic?
