What You’ll Be Doing Find the perfect match – support participants in the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment. Boost confidence – help participants recognise their strengths, overcome obstacles, and embrace their new employment. Shake things up – provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring each participant has the tools and support for success. Advocate – champion inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments. Celebrate moments – recognise every successful placement, big or small.
